  • Subscription Data: Plan type, subscription status, and payment identifiers processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
  • Usage Data: Queries submitted to our AI advisors, daily query counts, and selected advisor preferences.
  • OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens issued when you connect via ChatGPT or other OAuth clients. Tokens are stored in hashed form.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize our AI advisor services.
  • To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
  • To enforce usage limits for trial accounts.
  • To authenticate your identity when accessing our API through third-party platforms like ChatGPT.
  • To improve our services and develop new features.

  • Google / Apple: For social sign-in authentication.
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT): Our API may be accessed through ChatGPT custom GPTs via OAuth. We share only the data necessary to fulfill your advisor requests.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and tokens, and restricted database access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
